Yes it is designed explicitly to be used from job sites.

Do we need any special hardware to run the system?

No. All you need is to have access to the internet and a web browser. We are device independent.

How much does the system cost?

That depends on the way you want to buy the system and what modules you need. We have options for ‘buy outright’ where you own the software, monthly licensing or a pay per use system. Please give us a call to discuss the details.

Will the system manage timesheet?

Yes that is in our timesheet module.

How many different pieces of equipment can I put in?

As many as you want. Same for employees.

Does your system do any HR?

A.

easyAllocate is not a HR system. However we do integrate with HR systems and you can store the training, skills and licence related information of your employees in easyAllocate (along with a photo) which allows site managers to have all that information at their fingertips.
